Personalised Programs

Theory of Fitness offers personalised programs for you to follow even when we are not there! These programs can be adjusted for every individual based on their ability, how frequently they can train and their goals.

To start we will ask you some generic questions such as training goals, we follow this up with a consultation. Then we create a program for you based on these parameters and finally if there are any adjustments needed you can just contact us to make these changes! Furthermore there will be the opportunity to catch up on frequently scheduled meetings.

Please note only members of Virgin Active Collingtree Park will be able to receive personal training sessions at this time.
